1963 - Quartier Beau-Séjour. Une rangée de maisons accolées où habitaient les familles Dessieau, Voloschenko, Lebrun, Maïda, Bessier, Napias, Puddu, Violeau; un peu plus loin Renault, Bayle, Gallou, Maurice,... et l'épicerie Karfouch.
